Pickleball is a fast paced sport that is a combination of badminton, tennis and ping pong. It is played with a plastic ball with holes and paddles. Pickleball is played on badminton sized court with a modified tennis net seperating the two sides. Pickleball is played as singles or doubles and has some rule modifications for people in wheelchairs. For players using wheelchairs they are allowed to let the ball bounce twice before returing it to the other side. The non volley zone applies the same to participants in wheelchairs, they must have their large rear wheels out of the area before hitting the ball.
