- Sign up is open until Friday, June 4th at 10pm (PST)
- While you wait for the 5-day challenge period, ask friends, family or coworkers to donate. Post on social media, email friends & family or ask your coworkers to support your efforts!
- Participants have until Fri, June 4 at 10pm (PST) to raise as many funds as possible. Prizes for our top individual and team fundraisers include signed Canucks merchandise, fitness and dining out packages, CAN merchandise and so much more to be announced!
- Every morning from May 31 – June 4, we’ll post a new challenge on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter.
- On the day of the challenge, you can either take a photo or video of yourself completing the activity, then, post on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter by midnight!
- Join us Sun, June 6 (1:30pm) for our Wrap Up Party on Zoom!
