FitNation Resistance Bands Workout

new FitNation Home Workouts that are designed and facilitated by trained FitNation leaders from throughout the province!

Today’s workout is a Resistance Bands Workout with Amanda de Faye

The difficulty level for these workouts will vary, but all ages and abilities are encouraged to participate! Some workouts will require:

  • A Chair
  • Yoga Mat or Towel
  • Resistance Band(s)
  • Agility ladder (or tape to make your own agility ladder pattern)

Remember you can always visit our YouTube channel for our saved Modified, Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced workouts.

Each Friday (starting June 12th) we’ll send out an email with your new workout for the week. All our workouts will be available on our YouTube channel for you to access your FitNation workout anytime that works for you. After all FitNation is for anyone, anytime, anywhere! See you online!
