We will support up to 5 member organizations on a yearly basis with a Volunteer Victoria Membership, used to support members in building skill and knowledge.

Accessibil-iT

Accessibil-iT a diverse supplier located in Toronto with a team of document accessibility experts that work with HR departments, marketing, communications and website compliance teams. They are an approved vendor for Government of Ontario and Government of Canada

OneAbility as part of the suite of shared services has collaborated with Accessible – IT to support members in creating accessible documents. Accessibil-IT will provide document accessibility services to ensure usability by adaptive technology and compliance with global accessibility Standards, including WCAG 2.0 AA or WCAG 2.1 AA and ISO PDF/UA.

Step 1 – OneAbility member, please fill out submission form, answer all questions and attach the final version of documents in the desired final format.

Step 2 – Accessibil-IT team will quote the cost to remediate document(s), confirm final delivery date and send this information to Samantha Heron and OneAbility member.

Step 3 – Accessibil-IT will remediate documents once quote is approved by OneAbility.

Step 4 – All work will be completed and delivered in accordance with agreed-upon deadlines.
